He has been privileged to work with and under the guidance and vision of Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam during his tenure as Director General, DRDO.
Mr. Sharma possesses over 10 years of experience in Engineering Design & Analysis Sector. After completing his Masters from US, Mr. Sharma worked with DRDO as Scientist-D. Sandeep has developed many products with various innovative designs which are helping the customers to trounce their needs. He has a vast experience of training and developing the cross-functional teams in the field of design & stress analysis of the aerospace, automotive and general engineering products.
Mr. Sidhu possesses over 16 years of experience. An MBA and Global Certified Professional in HR, Mr. Sidhu has formerly worked with Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Industries and Reliance Communication and has helped in building and implementing robust HR systems for IT, Retail, Telecom and engineering services industry for various government and non-government entities.
